2. Data we collect

• Alerts: email address and country and category preferences.
• Talent community: name, email, preferred areas and locations, experience, current location, languages, introduction and optional LinkedIn link.
• Job submissions: company, professional email, role, location, category, application link and submitted details.
• Technical data strictly necessary for the security and operation of the service.

3. How we use it

We use data to prepare and send requested alerts, maintain the professional community, contact people about opportunities that match their stated interests, review vacancies submitted by companies, answer requests and protect the website against abuse. Processing is based on your consent and, where relevant, on handling your request.

4. Retention

Talent community profiles are kept for twelve months from creation or the latest update. After that, we will request renewed permission or delete them. Subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Job submissions are kept for as long as necessary to review them and for no more than twenty-four months unless the law requires otherwise.

5. Recipients and transfers

We do not sell your data. Professional profiles are not shared with clubs or companies without first asking for permission for that specific opportunity. Only technical providers required to host and operate GolfRoles may process the data, subject to security and confidentiality obligations. Where a provider involves an international transfer, the safeguards required by data-protection law will apply.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability by writing from the same email address used in the form. You may also withdraw consent at any time.

7. Cookies

This first version does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Strictly necessary technical elements may be used to provide and protect the service.
